Fats
Waller - Death on the Santa
Fe Express was conceived and
written on Bruny Island and
was first performed in the
Peacock theatre, Hobart, in
1991. This was followed by a
successful 5 month tour of
Austria, Germany and
Switzerland when the play,
ex songs, was translated
into German. |

Fats
was then put to bed and both
Justus and Bob followed
their separate and varied
careers until the show was
re-written and performed
again in a circus tent in
Salamanca Square as part of
the Hobart Summer Festival
in December 2004. |
|
Now,
following a mutual desire to
work together again and to
produce new 'travelling
shows' we are bringing
'Fats' home to Bruny over
the Easter period. |
